- Eligibility
- You may request a refund on most unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a refund, email Support@vaqe.shop with your order number and reason.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable or digital products once accessed.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Return Shipping
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent a wrong or defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable carrier; VaQe isn’t liable for items lost in return transit.
- Inspection & Approval
- We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt.
- We’ll notify you by email when we approve or reject your refund.
- Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
- We process refunds within 7 business days of approval.
- It may take extra time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.
- Partial Refunds
- We may issue partial refunds for items not in original condition, missing parts, or excessive wear.
- Exchanges
- To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
- Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, check your bank first.
