Refund policy

Effective Date: May 26, 2025

  1. Eligibility
    • You may request a refund on most unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
    • To start a refund, email Support@vaqe.shop with your order number and reason.
  2. Non-Refundable Items
    • Gift cards.
    • Downloadable or digital products once accessed.
    • Clearance or final-sale items.
  3. Return Shipping
    • You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent a wrong or defective item.
    • We recommend using a trackable carrier; VaQe isn’t liable for items lost in return transit.
  4. Inspection & Approval
    • We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt.
    • We’ll notify you by email when we approve or reject your refund.
  5. Refund Method & Timing
    • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
    • We process refunds within 7 business days of approval.
    • It may take extra time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.
  6. Partial Refunds
    • We may issue partial refunds for items not in original condition, missing parts, or excessive wear.
  7. Exchanges
    • To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
  8. Late or Missing Refunds
    • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, check your bank first.
