1. Order Processing
We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment clears. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
2. Shipping Area
We ship only within the United States to the 50 states and Washington, D.C. We don’t offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Flat rate $5.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Flat rate $15.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day. Flat rate $25.
Rates apply per order, not per item. We charge shipping at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times start after order processing. Holidays and peak seasons may delay transit. Carriers do not count weekends or U.S. holidays.
5. Order Tracking
Once we ship your order, we email you a tracking number. Use it to track your package on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Delays
Carriers may face delays due to weather, customs, or other issues. We’re not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is late, contact us.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost, file a claim with the carrier.
- If it arrives damaged, save all packaging and take photos.

8. Changes & Cancellations
You can change or cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. After that, we can’t guarantee changes. Email Support@vaqe.shop or call us.
